Here at CSI, LLC, we want to keep your business in business. With that said, we offer fully customized service and maintenance agreements. When a rare breakdown does occur, we make every effort to get to the site within 24 hours. We feel this is important since the customer is already apprehensive from loss of production and needs to be back in operation as quickly as possible. Currently, we stock more than $400,000 worth of parts to make every effort to have what is required for service or repair immediately available.
Equipment Calibration and Maintenance
Spectrometer Calibration & Maintenance is one of our services that provides a verification process that ensures a spectrometer operates at optimal performance levels. The calibration reduces the likelihood of an unexpected spectrometer malfunction and causes delays in quality inspection across the organization.
We Offer Onsite OR In- House Services
Onsite: Our team at CSI, LLC performs periodic maintenance and calibration services for spectrometer owners across the United States.
In-House: Spectrometer owners can send their mobile spectrometer or handheld units to our main office for PM/Calibration.
Instrument Training Opportunities
At Consolidated Spectroscopy Instrumentation, LLC, we offer training classes to companies to help them reduce downtime and costly repairs. We teach each operator to utilize your spectrometer to its full potential, troubleshoot issues, and conduct minor maintenance.
Our instructors are:
- Experienced technicians and talented teachers.
- Bring information and knowledge to their students in a lively and engaging manner.
- Ensuring retention and understanding.
In-house classes are conducted in a setting that allows trainees to concentrate on the material. Typically our classes are 1-3 days, and we have a three-person minimum.
Classes start at $1500.00 Per Person.
